The Site IT Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, systems, and operations for our sites in India. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day IT activities, ensuring system reliability and performance, managing IT infrastructure and systems, infrastructure projects, and providing technical support to end-users. Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Management:the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.high availability and reliability of IT systems, servers, and services.Operations:and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.regular backups and disaster recovery planning.Support:technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.IT-related issues, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.users on IT systems and applications as needed.and Compliance:and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.for security breaches and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Management:IT projects at the site, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment.with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.project documentation and update stakeholders on project status.Management:relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.and select technology solutions and services that meet the site’s requirements.contracts and agreements with vendors as needed.Management:and manage the IT budget for infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring cost-effective solutions.resource allocation and staffing to support project demands and operational needs.
