Duties & Responsibilities:
Processing Financial, Non-financial and New Business requests for Life & Annuity
Researching and processing requests while working on multiple screens and applications.
Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines
Performing routine research on customer inquiries.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service standards
Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
6+ Months of data entry experience that required a focus on quality including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
Experience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.
Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
Must be able to type 30+WPM with 95%
Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with client.
Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Candidate having knowledge of ‘Insurance’ domain is preferred (Annuities/ Life/ P&C is highly preferable).
