Managing day to day operation like call initiate, customer queries, clearing and deliverables

Responsible for generating business

Mobilization Group and Meetings with customers

Ensure 100% on time collections of loan.

Perform other task as may be prescribed by Area Manager

Graduate with 2 Years to 12 years of sales experience in Micro finance/ JLG/ Group Loans

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Good knowledge of local market and channels

Ability to work with least supervision
