Develop and deliver a strategic roadmap of digital innovation for sanofi indiaWork across the existing digital innovation and omnichannel infrastructure to share and collaborate on best practices and strategies to deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients.
Responsible for the identification of current opportunities, the curation of solutions, stakeholder management, and ultimately the implementation of solutions across the omnichannel delivery environment.
Work in a cross-franchise environment to bring innovative, customer-focused go to market business models
Duties & responsibilities
Take ownership of creating and executing gtm strategy.
Evaluate prioritized initiatives, help set the strategic vision, connect that strategic vision to operational reality, determine if an idea is commercially viable, and then incubate & launch successful ideas in partnership with the broader organization.
Develop deep customer insights for customer discovery, customer validation, customer creation, and customer building
Gain alignment on priorities, resources and investments from gbu to feed the innovation pipelineCurate, review, and recommend digital innovations to meet strategic goals
Apply a learning through discovery framework to market development, market segmentation, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis
Own, define, and refine the gtm project plan for each gtm swimlaneLead cross-functional gtm working groups (across marketing, sales, bo&s, medical, finance) through collaboration and advocacy to evaluate ideas, move workstreams forward, meet deadlines, and ensure alignment throughout the process
Create an innovation pipeline and showcase through quarterly innovation day to bring forth relevant technologies, channels and solutions to leadership team for potential pilot projects, that could ultimately be scaled and build digital capability and knowledge across the organization
Provide coaching and training at all levels in an emerging agile environment – assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal agile practices tailored to the needs – proven ability to perform in various agile roles where needed.
Identify and execute best practices to increase agile adoption and resolve critical impediments.
Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status of various initiatives.
Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design and change management, as needed by the project.

Knowledge, skills & competencies / language
Minimum 4 years of experience as a scrum master and/or agile coach with an agile practitioner mindset understanding common agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practices.
Ability to establish immediate credibility with teams, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence.
Ability to help teams write user stories, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions.
Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work projects and people.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Expertise in the latest trends in digital marketing and gtm models
Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority
Basic business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
Qualifications
Graduate degree and master’s degree
A total experience of 10-12 years in marketing innovation / agile project management/ digital strategy roles
Certification as scrum master or agile coach is desired
Previous experience in digital marketing, strategy and project management – preferred
