Job brief
Our rapidly growing company is looking for an experienced Account Executive (Male/Female) to keep up-to-date account records and oversee smooth transactions with clients. The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts.
The ideal candidate should be a team player, enjoy working with a variety of clients, and have knowledge of basic accounting functions. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment. Work experience in our industry is not required but preferred. Those looking for a long-term relationship will be given priority during the selection process.
Responsibilities :
– Handle accounts payable and receivable
– Maintain records of business costs, such as labour and material
– Check invoices for inaccuracies
– Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
– Handle general account queries.
– Match invoices to purchase orders.
– Calculate and enter expenditures.
Requirements and skills :
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– At least 2 years of relevant experience
– Proficiency in Tally, Advance Excel and QuickBooks is a must.
– Great analytical skills
– Any Graduate Degree with relevant experience
