Description

Saic is seeking a program analyst to support the dhs customerThis opportunity is contingent upon award.

Provides program support for cybersecurity intelligence analysts to develop and enhance dhs cisa to provide intelligence as a service to u.sIntelligence community (ic), state, local, tribal, and territorial (sltt) governments, private sector, international partners, u.sCritical infrastructure, and computer network defense communities.

Provides program support for intelligence team who provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources, i.e., ints.
Provides knowledge and experience relevant in an intelligence domain and applies the knowledge to the development of policies, plans, strategies; assists in implementing such functions; and monitors and evaluates progress and outcomes of these actions.

Applies knowledge of the subject matter to analyze and solve problems in areas, facilitate engagements and collaboration, and ensure effective and efficient operationsIn addition to substantive topic knowledge, may analyze other related factors of programs including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, research and analysis, or other program support.

Assists in leading and participates in processing business requirements including but not limited to, analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems or processes.

Plans, designs, and conducts studies including risk analyses, contingency planning, and feasibility studies.

Creates program work products such as policies, procedures, strategies, reports, correspondence, presentations, plans, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Hs & 6 years relevant exp; assoc & 4 years; ba/bs & 2 years; ma & 0 years.

Must possess an active top secret clearance and ability to obtain sci.

Target salary range: $65,001 – $75,000The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
