JOB DESCRIPTION
Produce well-researched medical content for publication online, particularly the Discussion board, condition monographs and other medical content.
Editing various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, community forums, and white papers.
Must be able to create original written content (“write from scratch”)
Analyse content usage metrics and makes changes as needed.
Edit content produced by other members of the team.
Preparing well-structured drafts using the approved content management system
Work collaboratively with internal and external medical writers, regulatory publishers, and project team members to deliver high-quality clinical documentation on time.
Completeness and accuracy of information.
Ensure consistent QC and good document practices are followed across internal authors and external partners.
Work collaboratively with other medical writers, regulatory publishers, and project team
Contributing towards the development of content production
Performs other duties assigned as required or requested.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Bachelors or master’s degree in any life science-related field is recommended
A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
Attention to detail and dedication to excellence in all aspects of the work.
Ability to work under pressure and to work solely and collaboratively with teams.
Excellent communication and interactive skills and knowledge to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Demonstrated reliability, able to “close the loop” and complete requests in timely manner, including returning all contacts (calls and emails) within 24 hours, preferably by end of same business day.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Medical content writer is responsible for developing Clinical knowledge base data and maintaining the quality control, formatting, technical editing, and tool support for the clinical, regulatory writing with multiple therapeutic areas. You will work closely with doctors and other subject matter experts to create effective documentation that vividly defines research results and product usage. Using tools, systems, guidelines, checklists, and processes, you will work within the client environment.
