Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
To Report Regional Head of Sales and support RSM by co-ordination and administering the sales information system. To Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales related MIS reports including Daily sales tracking/ forecasting report, market share analysis, gross margin analysis by market. Provide all other administration services for the regional sales department and staff. Make a positive contribution to Sales Department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and Produce daily, weekly, monthly sales reports for regional Sales team, within required deadlines.
Generation MIS and Sales reports through SAP System and SAP (BI).
Managing in various office utilities and other administrative work of the Regional Office.
Handling Regional Office Expenses – Petty Cash.
Tracking and clearance all Utilitie bills etc.
Coordinate with sales teams for daily orders, collections, UTR No and submission of scheme documents.
Managing Distributor Relationship, handling their grievances.
Coordination and communication with sales team and distributors on C-Form pendency etc.
Assist Sales Team in providing all relevant data / MIS support.
Supervising working of office staff.
Tracking of daily attendance of complete regional sales team including Office staff.
