2 to 4 years of experience in maintenance

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The candidate should have 2 to 4 experience in maintenance department of electrical and mechanical equipments in a manufacturing unit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
Cost Control
To assist in keeping control on maintenance cost.
To reduce power cost/fuel cost per pair.
Customer Oriented
Third Party management
To assist in developing spares parts from outside vendors to reduce maintenance costs.
To assist in finalizing AMC with outside vendors for DG sets & boilers.
People Oriented
Man Management
To guide & give proper instructions to subordinates for excellent working & safety measures.
Internal Business Process
Preventive/Routine breakdown maintenance
To give technical support to shift technician during breakdown.
To undertake detailed study of shift breakdowns.
To do planning for reducing the breakdowns.
To record observation and apply preventive maintenance according to ISO norms.
To check for spares availability to met any breakdown in shift.
To do the Indenting for new and regular spares.
HT/LT/PLC Control Panel
To control and monitor entire power system of the plant.
To look after HT distribution and control.
To look after LT distribution and control by PCC
DG Set & Compressor maintenance
To manage DG set control up to 1250 KVA.
To after Maintenance and Operation of compressors.
ISO compliance
To undertake ISO Documentation and energy audit jobs.
