Reify health is looking for a director of learning & professional development to drive strategy, vision and execution for our global learning programs and initiativesThis individual will be responsible for developing and managing all of the organization`s key learning and development programs and processesThis role will be responsible for identifying appropriate core, cultural and leadership learning & development curriculum for the organization to drive capability and employee developmentThis role will also be accountable for all employee development programs and processes including goal setting, performance management, and high potential development programsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to establish an l&d function and team, building the strategy while also identifying, creating and delivering solutions.
What you’ll be working on
Partner with hr leadership and business leaders to develop and execute our learning & development framework and strategy to align with business and culture objectives including leadership development and core skills
This individual will be responsible for developing and managing all of the organization`s key learning and development programs and processes
This role will be responsible for identifying appropriate core, cultural and leadership learning & development curriculum for the organization to drive capability and employee development
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to establish an l&d function and team, building the strategy while also identifying, creating and delivering solutions
Design both in-house and with expert third parties, solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
Lead the development and communication of the annual review process including goal setting, performance management and its connections to employee development
Own the development and management of competency frameworks and the assessment of skill gaps
Develop high potential development programs that support succession plan for jobs and career plans for our people
Oversee the management of the learning management system and all l&d vendors
Create a framework for analyzing, tracking and measuring success of learning and development programs
What you bring to reify health
7+ years of work experience in a related field (learning & development, talent experienced people manager with successful track record)
7+ years developing and leading training efforts with direct experience creating learning programs and facilitating leadership workshops
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
Strong d&i initiative construction and execution
Dynamic and disciplined thinker with intellectual horsepower and a passion for making a mark in fast-paced, growing environments
Natural leader and engaged team player with strong interpersonal capabilities
Comfortable with openly and honestly sharing their viewpoint
Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character
