Full job description

Responsibilities :

1.ensuring the successful accomplishment of pre-set business targets in dispatch, retail, market share and customer satisfaction in face of growing competition

2.leading the implementation of continuous market development activities, penetration into new market areas, and ascertaining attainment of continuous & sustainable market growth

3.conceptualizing competitive business development strategies to develop market share for achievement of revenue & profitability targets and making the business viable for partners by ensuring healthy roi

4.devising & effectuating go-to-market strategy of introducing products to win mutually beneficial deal; pioneering business development to enhance revenues by identifying market opportunities

5.reviewing the dealers & team on achievement with respect to plan and identifying gap & taking corrective actions

6.coordinating with financiers/bankers and managing the implementation of required finance schemes for the area

7.driving customer satisfaction and managing the brand image

8.identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration

Work experience :

3-4 years of sales experience in light commercial vehicle (lcv) industry / electric vehicle industry/automobile industry

Skills required:

Sales & marketing, new business development, distribution/channel management, dealer management, market & competitor analysis, customer relationship management,team building & leadership

Education : any degree

Job type: full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
