Ratna Global Tec Looking for Scrum Master at Noida Full Time

Full-Time (Noida ) 8 – 10 Year Experience

Primary Responsibilities:

– Provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality

– Foster open and honest team communication

– Enable team productivity

– Coach on story slicing and backlog management

– Drive continuous improvement of process and practice

– Help build good practices in our software delivery programs

– Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and facilitate growth

– Develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and career

– Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization

– Manage Stakeholder expectations

– Monitor team throughput and velocity to achieve iteration goals and commitments

– Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Required Qualifications:

– Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

– Industry Certification(s): Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or any related to Scrum

– Experience with Agile Management tools (e.g. JIRA )

– Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum.

– Good time-management skills

– Strong communication & interpersonal skills

– Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

– Able to perform scrum events such as grooming, retro, review, daily updates etc.
