Rafi law group is a well-established and successful personal injury law firm! our entire team is committed to providing the best representation possible for injured clients.

Pre-litigation paralegals provide support to attorneys, clients, and colleaguesThis position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages.

Responsibilities:

· proactively provide support to injured clients

· establish professional relationships with clients to obtain vital case related information

· gather, review, and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phase

· collaborate with and provide support for assigned attorney

· maintain electronic and paper files

Qualifications:

· minimum of 1 year experience as a personal injury paralegal

· excellent written and verbal communication skills

· deadline and detail oriented

· bilingual (english/spanish) preferred
