JOB ROLE : Senior Platform Engineer – AWS

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless migration to AWS. It is an opportunity to leverage your technical prowess and strategic mindset to drive the successful implementation of transformational projects for our customers.

Must-have Skills :

– 5+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience implementing, and developing cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.

– Hands-on development experience with AWS cloud services, including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, MSK and IAM, to efficiently deploy and manage cloud-based solutions.

– Experience working in open source CI CD tools like Argocd, Jenkins etc.

– Design and implementation of programmable infrastructure (CFT/Terraform).

– Expertise in AWS Lambda for streamlined application deployment and serverless computing.

– Experience with distributed systems

– Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and automation frameworks to streamline

infrastructure provisioning and management.

– Experience with networking in case of multi-account environments by setting up of VPCs, Transit

Gateway, S2S VPN Tunnel, etc.

– Experience with AWS Elastic Load Balancing and Auto Scaling to optimize application performance and handle varying traffic loads effectively.

– Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and logging AWS resources, enabling proactive

monitoring of system health and performance.

– Strong Linux System Admin Experience with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

– Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development methodologies.

– Experience with AWS Skills :

– Understanding of information security and compliance standards from an AWS infrastructure

standpoint

– Hands-on experience working on machine learning workloads

– Understanding of Sagemaker workflow orchestration.

– Experience building solutions on Azure
