Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Field Representative to join our Edu-tech Company. As a Sales Field Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative educational products and services to schools, educational institutions, teachers, and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory. Your goal is to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and
contribute to the expansion of our company’s presence in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify Prospects: Conduct market research and identify potential customers and
educational institutions within the assigned territory. Generate leads and build a
strong pipeline of potential clients.
* Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations with
prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our edutech products and services.
Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
* Sales Negotiations: Effectively negotiate sales contracts and terms with prospective
customers to achieve sales targets while ensuring the company’s profitability and
customer satisfaction.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with decision-
makers, school administrators, teachers, and other
stakeholders. Understand their requirements and concerns to position our products
as effective solutions.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our edutech products, their
features, and applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive
products to effectively address customer inquiries.
* Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize
territory coverage and revenue generation. Regularly report on sales activities,
progress, and achievements.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,
customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM tools or other designated
systems.
* Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and insights from customers to provide
inputs to the product development and marketing teams for continuous
improvement.
* Sales Events and Exhibitions: Represent the company at educational events, trade
shows, and exhibitions to showcase products, network with potential customers, and
promote brand awareness.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales targets
