Customer Service Representative (Remote)
As a vital member of our remote team, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our company, handling customer inquiries and issues with finesse and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include resolving warranty claims, assisting with product inquiries, managing returns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a crucial role in assembling bikes for various purposes and providing support during trade shows. Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us continuously improve our services.
Responsibilities:
● Answering customer inquiries related to bikes, bike repair, maintenance, and accessories promptly and accurately.
● Serving as a liaison between customers and the company for warranty claims and other issues.
● Providing comprehensive support on product-related queries, purchases, returns, and services.
● Following up on backorders, special orders, and warranty issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Addressing concerns of dissatisfied customers, including responding to negative feedback and reviews.
● Processing returns and exchanges promptly and accurately.
● Guiding customers through the assembly process via phone,
● Offering sales support to external field representatives.
● Collaborating with other departments to maintain service standards.
● Communicating customer feedback, including any issues with products or services, to management.
● Performing other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
● Shifts: 4:00 pm to 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, and/or 2 PM to 10 PM on Sat/Sun Pacific Standard Time
● Previous experience in customer service is required.
● Proficiency in computer skills,
including Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
● Strong organizational and time management abilities.
● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Attention to detail is crucial.
● Familiarity with online customer service ticketing systems is advantageous.
● 1-2 years of experience as a bike mechanic preferred.
