We are seeking a proven, driven and motivated sales professional to join our teamMust be high energy, passionate about helping others, be a result-focused, self-starter who is committed to making things happen and meeting assigned goals.

This position is responsible for seeking out and developing our external referral relationships with organizations such as, visiting nursing agencies, hospice agencies, hospitals, gericare managers, estate planners, eldercare organizations and skilled nursing facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales-marketing goals with referral sources and familiesThis individual must be a self-starter, have excellent relationship building and management skillsMust be able to work with potential clients and their families by getting their commitment and all pertinent details, as required by the company to initatiate in-home care services.

This position offers a lucrative and competitive commission-based compensation package.

This position has the ability to be either a part-time or full-time role.

Requirements:

Education-bachelor`s degree preferred
Related sales experience (home care or assisted living sales experience)
Home office
Be able to conduct presentation online and in person (once covid-19 limits are lifted)
Present a professional appearance and demeanor
Have computer skills-zoom, crm, microsoft office, powerpoint
Able to work from home and out in the community (currently limited and mostly remote work due to covid-19)
Be able to attend early morning/occasional evening networking events when covid-19 limits are lifted
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
Have the ability to work independently
Demonstrate integrity, discretion consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
Have the ability to organize, prioritize and close deals with tact
Be a team player
Have a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation
