Full Job Description
KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS
– Established DWM work practices and enhance 5S score
– SPARSH Score
– No. of projects (Kaizen, 3M – MURI MURA MUDA etc.)
– % people involvement
– No. of PDCA documents
– Review and audit schedule adherence
– Adherence to MIS schedule
KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
– Prepare 5 S Action plans in coordination with the Master Coach
– Prepare training calendars for the respective department in consultation with the Master coach and respective sub department heads
– Establish audit parameters and ensure they are communicated
Productivity Improvement
– Lead Value Adding initiatives in the Plant by using Kaizen, VSM, Quality Circle and Total Productivity Management
– Collaborate with the Quality team in improving the PPM defects on in-line rejections
– Guide and work together with cross functional teams for cycle time reduction on bottleneck machines by taking up man machine motion study & cutting tool quality improvement to improve process parameters
– Work towards continuous improvement by providing support for continuous improvement/ best practice projects in CFTs to identify key areas and action on them
– Serve as an active member of functional teams within the plant that support safety, quality, employee involvement and performance
– Drive and lead improvement projects like SARSH, SPC, Identification of unsafe conditions, elimination of Muri, Kaizen etc in the respective division
– Discuss and follow up on various projects during CFT’s and guide team in achieving desired results
Assessment and Audits
– Conduct regular rounds and audits to verify 5S Implementation
– Conduct regular annual Maintenance and SPARSH audits for machines
Training
– Develop a thorough understanding of the TPM efficiency basics and their integration to deliver increased efficiency results early in the TPM implementation
– Train peers and workmen cadre at the Plant on the established steps in TPM and coach individuals, teams, and departments regarding steps and act as the primary resource to all departments
– Train and coach individuals and teams in appropriate use of Process Improvement methodologies and tools
– Collect Best Practices and share with the senior team at the Plant
– Keep abreast of technical developments and know-how to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Plant
– Conduct regular trainings on 5S, QC, SPC and SPARSH
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,356.78 – ₹49,042.53 per month
