The ideal candidate should be having the following qualities

· Good knowledge in technical recruitment.

· Learning agility, always willing to learn and innovate.

· Experienced with the entire End to End recruitment cycle.

· Excellent Negotiation skills.

· Stakeholder management.

· Good knowledge of job portals like Naukri, indeed, monster, and social media for hiring needs.

· Decision making skills and analytical skills.

· Tech Savvy, well verse with MS Office, internet.

· Must have worked on different tech stacks like application engineering, UI, Backend, Java, Technical Support, and SAP.
