Prag Jyoti Syntex Limited Looking for Production Supervisor at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitoring Plant Operators and Maintenance team.
• Organises operators shifts, overtime and leave cover to ensure adequate machine crewing to achieve required output.
• Assesses operator’s performance and Identifies training needs to ensure that adequate training is carried out.
• Organises materiel movement to ensure bottle neck operations are optimised.
• Monitors daily performance of plant and processes to ensure that machine performance meets required standard.

• Maintains records of product deviation to ensure controlled disposition of non-conforming product and to provide data for the identification of opportunities for corrective action.

• Support and assist manufacturing and tech team to achieve continuous improvements.

• To ensure that established production procedures and instructions are followed.

• To ensure quality and safety standards are being followed & are met by re-inspecting products prior to shipment and ensuring accurate labelling and record keeping.

• To ensure that deadlines are met.

• To ensure that the work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.

• Ensure all resources and assets are used effectively and correctly.
• To determine how best to utilize the workers in order to meet production goals as efficiently as possible.

• To keep the Seniors informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
