Job Responsibilities and Duties
– Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
– Generates written or computer-generated documents and reports
– Proofreads documents before submission
– Files records and copies of physical and digital documents
– Tracks hours rendered for specific tasks, Gather and organize typing material
– Scan and print files, as needed
– Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies
Requirements and skills
– Should be able to type complex equation, generate figures and format documents
– Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry operator
– Typing speed of 50-80 words per minute.
– Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
– Experience using data recorders and optical scanners
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
– Additional computer training or certification is a plus
– Prior Experience in the Ed-tech industry is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
