Associate Manager: Payment Operations Team

What to expect from this role:
Opportunity to drive the business charter of our payment businesses.
You will closely work with key stakeholders (banks, regulatory bodies etc.) in the payments ecosystem to execute Phonepe’s vision and initiatives
You will own business, commercial, compliance and legal charters end-to-end with premiere partners.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams (merchant, product, engineering, finance, legal, marketing etc) to build consensus and drive execution on key projects.
Overseeing daily performance of the categories. Identifying areas of improvement and collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure enhancements are executed on time
Own money management (revenue, interest rates, credit, receivables/payables, projections on earnings/revenue etc) working with finance, business finance and accounting teams
Ideal candidate for this role should:
Have 2-5 years of experience in high-growth startups/consulting firms
Thrive at building relationships, influencing cross-functional teams and leadership teams on strategic execution of key projects.
Be curious & passionate about fintech & payments. Drive research on fintech landscape & competitor analysis and contribute to strategy projects.
Be obsessed with user and merchant experience with a strong execution bias.
Be adept at program management and building consensus across internal/external teams.
Be agile, highly collaborative and communicate impressively
Strong analytical acumen and problem solving skills
Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals
MBA from top-tier institutions is nice to have
