Senior Platform Solution Analyst, Hyper Automation
You are a part of
The leadership team of the IT Hyper automation organization within Enterprise IT. This team is responsible to ensure seamless Enterprise automation and orchestration processes across the company with accountability for global cloud-based capabilities and applications across the Philips global systems landscape.

Your role:
By bringing together your affinity for Digital transformation and your passion for software solutions, you add great value by delivering quality and attention to our customers. As the Platform Analyst for IT Hyper automation, you are responsible for being part of the team shaping the hyper-automation strategy while steering the automation requirements that drive efficiencies, simplification, and digitization of our Enterprise business segments and business processes. You are a thought leader who drives innovation into a winning proposition for Philips in the domain of Hyper automation. You are responsible for (but not limited to)

• Defining, communicating, and realizing the vision of Enterprise Hyper automation, including the key role it plays in the broader cloud and microservices-driven enterprise strategy
• Discovering and Identifying automation opportunities across the Enterprise
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and recommend improvements to our business stakeholders and Enterprise automation SteerCo
• Create strategies for reporting and visualizations to understand business performance
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Implementing and executing solution strategies with an outlook towards Cloud-first, and future-proof platforms and solutions

You’re the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in / an Computer engineering Stream / Mechanical engineering
• 15+ years of experience with relevant work experience in Enterprise business processes and Global teams.
• Experience in large Transformation projects for Global enterprises.
• Experience with the regulatory landscape and security considerations across geographies (USA, EU, China …)
• Good understanding of techniques, tools used in Software Development and new technologies such as Gen Ai, Analytics. Lean Six Sigma, BPM knowledge are good to have, for this role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists is a Must-Have.
