Job Description

Main Purpose:–

The purpose of this position is to manage Inventory Planning role for the site in close co-ordination with internal & external stake holders. The position holder is also responsible for driving end to end Innovation projects along with Supply Chain projects related to simplifications & cost saving initiatives

Accountabilities:–

Innovation Management

• Coordinate role of Site Execution Manager to deliver 100% delivery as per CTP timelines for all Innovations
• Act as the local SME for Innovation related tasks
• Upgrading site capability on Innovation Management by importing and cultivating best practise

Inventory Management

• SLOB : Reporting, Mitigation action planning and coordination for reducing write offs, and managing reserves
• Block and RU Stocks : Conducting regular reviews, action planning and follow ups for minimising block stocks
• Inventory management : Forecasting, Reviewing, action planning, reporting and mitigation action planning for monthly,

quarterly and Year End inventory and actual achievement of inventory targets for site

Controls

• Be the control owner and coordinating associated activities for Innovation and Inventory related controls in GCS

(excluding stock take)

Supply Chain Development Projects

• Lead local Supply Chain development project work tracks in PGCS

o E.g. Reframe for 2017 (site assessments, road map planning, coordinating management reviews, etc.)

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills / Experience Required:–

• Understanding of Concentrate Manufacturing Process
• Understanding of Beverages business, esp. the supply chain complexities and forecasting methodology
• Supply Chain constraints management
• SAP knowledge and hands on with MS Excel

Differentiating Competencies Required:–

• Effective presentation skills
• Good analytics
• Influencing skills
