Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new client partnerships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering value-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated recruitment teams to ensure that our clients receive qualified candidates who meet their business requirements.Key Objectives:Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to fill the sales funnel.Client Development: Develop business with both small and strategic, high-volume staffing accounts.Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects and potential clients to build and maintain strong business relationships.Market Expansion: Increase our market share and profitability.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Build and Grow: Develop and expand a book of business within your local territory, leveraging your sales skills and business acumen.Lead Generation: Generate leads from inception to closure,
consistently meeting or exceeding weekly goals through innovative methods such as Lead Gen, Zoom, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and others.Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients to build enduring business relationships, understanding their staffing needs and offering strategic solutions.Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients to set expectations, explain Peer Consulting’s services, and collaboratively devise creative staffing solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with local recruitment teams to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates proactively.Market Expansion: Take the lead in increasing Peer Consulting’s market share in the region.Team Engagement: Lead or attend team meetings to provide up-to-date information, relay client feedback, and facilitate prioritization.Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other On-Target services to clients.Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technology trends to effectively advise clients and our recruitment teams.Business Development Activities: Conduct various business development activities, including territory management, cold calling, appointment scheduling, proposal crafting, and customer agreement negotiations.Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service by delivering efficient, high-quality staffing solutions and ensuring fair compensation for temporary employees.Market Insight: Stay informed about local trends and market conditions and their impact on business.Relationship Building: Foster mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers, end-users,
