Responsibilities:
Leading analytics and insights team for Paytm Ads business and building insights that impact the business and product decisions. Person would grow as the business grows.
Should be able to proactively and independently identify pain points of business and generate insights to solve those
Thought leadership in analytics requirements and effectively partnering with the engineering team for data flows and data validations.
Driving the adhoc analysis requests and discovering user behavior patterns while conducting such analysis. Circulating and making team aware of such insights and patterns.
Should be able to drive the selection of tools for effective analysis and build process to work efficiently on insights generation
Should be able to work independently and proactively along with business and product leaders and coordinate with various team members
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Analytics and insights function
Should be very fluent with data analysis tools, SQL, etc.
Prior Industry: e-commerce / Fintech / services brand preferred. Other industry experience is also welcome. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in tech startups
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience of leading a team of analysts would be a plus.
