Roles and Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Experts should be involved in creation, curation, review, quality control and validation of developed content.
• With strong knowledge, understanding and expertise in the specified subjects, SMEs should be the content quality checkpoints in the organisation.
• Conceptual understanding of how students learn should be top-notch, specifically in their respective subject areas.
• They should be experts in solving questions both from text books and other sources in a systematic manner for various levels of complexity.
• They should provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language and overall quality of the books by the way of videos, training modules, etc.
