•Responsible for Incident, Problem, Change Management & Service Request.
•Interaction with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
•Responsible for MIS Reports & Technical documentation.
•Work as part of a Team in a 24/7 support environment.
•Should be capable to guide the team/individual on requirement basis
•Monitor & Manage Application & Databases.
•Manage All Version Oracle E-Business Suite (R11/R12)
•Install and Manage Application & Database in different environments like Windows, Unix & Linux
•Application Patching, Patch Management & Patch Analysis Design and implement a backup & recovery system
•Strong in Printer Management
•Perform Application and Database Health Checks
•Maintain RAC and Data Guard
•Performance Monitoring & Tuning (Both application & database)
•Concurrent Program Trouble Shooting
•Administration activities (like Users, Responsibilities, Menus and Form Functions)
•Configure OS Scripts (bash/Shell)
•Perform Rapid/RMAN Cloning
•RMAN/Logical backup & restore activities.
