Job description reporting to executive director, provide budgetary and office management support to the office of intercultural relations (oir) & women’s center directors, associate directors, and coordinatorsDuties include, but not limit to, maintaining current budget information, reconciling monthly statements, oir & women’s center’s transactions and fiscal summaries according to university policies; prepare reports, logs and analyze data for use by budget unit director, and established by the budget manager for student enrollment and engagement services; and perform clerical functions.
