Roles & Responsibilities:
This role requires contribution in making the organization look an attractive place to work by building the employer brand index by:-
- Build and manage a team of Candidate Experience Specialists
- Manage candidate experience directly for all executive and confidential hires, providing an exceptional and high touch candidate experience
- Recommend and implement tools and processes that will continuously improve our candidate experience
- Provide input into the recruiting strategies that will impact candidate experience and scheduling
- Work closely with various internal functional groups to understand business requirements, and consult on talent solutions
- Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in recruiting coordination and candidate experience
- Ensure that the teams maintain a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other people systems
- Provide consistent training and best practices to the rest of the recruiting team
- Enhancing employer Reputation by leveraging recruitment marketing and digital marketing
- Implementation, support and maintenance of key programs via analyzing & using social media recruitment trends
- Create and develop communication collaterals and initiatives to promote and diffuse our EVP
- Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Maintain & administer the careers webpages of Ola Business using Search engine optimization, Search Engine Advertising, Social Media Marketing.
- Rethink our talent acquisition philosophy and find creative ways to bring it to life
Experience & Skills Required:
- Graduation/Masters in communication with minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Proven previous experience in recruitment marketing/Digital Marketing
- Deep understanding of SEM,SMM,SEA, SEO,SMA,SMO
- Strong exposure in Content Creation, Collateral design and Graphics
