Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Timings : 4:00am to 1:00pm

Roles & Responsibilities :

– Candidate will be responsible to deal with international Clientele on calls and emails.
– Need to resolve the issues and queries of customers
– Need to assist customer as and when needed.
– Knowledge or background of solar will be an added advantage.

Requirements :

– Bachelors or Masters
– Fresher or Experienced candidates
– Excellent English fluency is mandatory
– Strong customer service focus is required.
– Excellent telephone etiquettes.
