Lead and drive performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the implementation of standard methodologies through a detailed approach of standardizationIdentify standard methodologies through performance and data analysis
Co-facilitate workshops and provide coaching to identify process improvement opportunitiesLead and drive opex projects execution.
Support opex capability building trainings and mentorsDrive opex awareness / culture building within ntoSupport preparation / standardization / execution of opex trainings based on customer needs.
Support sites with opex knowledge (use of tools, statistics,…)Work within the organization at all levels utilizing a very `hands-on` approach for adding new value and on board as a lead inspires change.
Develop an environment that enables the most efficient and effective work processes to achieve continuous quality and efficiency improvements for ntoResponsibility for personal and professional development.
Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of hse tasks and requirements in the unitOther tasks settled during the annual objectives setting process and by important metricsOther tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.

Minimum university degree in technical or business discipline, science or medicineDesirable certified lean 6-sigma green belt or black belt desirable.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity; ability to network and connect with all levels of the organisation.
Broad understanding in the principles and methods of medicine manufacture and gmp attained in a manufacturing environment.
>4 years manufacturing/operations management experience.
High learning agility, proven ability to deliver results, proven change management skills, strong communication skills, ability to be flexible and adapt to change and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
