You will be joining Solutioning Team in CCS Service practice with key focus on Managed Services crossBUs delivery architecture operationalization requirements and defining the Managed Services Toolbelt Configuration and Integration into Customers’ workflows.
What you will learn and contribute to
– Engage with customer and Customer teams at various levels (including Senior Leadership)
– Identification business-fit architecture with existing Managed Services OSS tools blueprint
– Drive new architecture / Technology solutions to enhance existing and support future technologies in Managed Services Projects
– Proven exposure to CEM/SQM will be a plus.
– Drive the operational efficiency improvements via practical implementation and validation of the new solutions on Managed Services projects
– Translate customer requirements into a scalable, repeatable and configurable solutions
– Provide expertise on Cloud Native and DevSecOps from Design to Delivery
– Scope services solution and getting delivery sign-off (including interlock with Operations Delivery and Market Teams)
– Drive the full scope of the solution, work across organisations to achieve workable solutions with healthy business case
– Understand and capture the critical inputs of stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements.
– Lead virtual teams or projects involved in delivery of the Managed Services Solution
Your skills and experience
– Experience of 10+ years focusingTelecommunication domain , preferably with implementation or solution architect background in OSS Solutions i.e. IT, Security, Charging, Provisioning, Orchestration, Analytics, Device Management, ..
– Practical experience on cloud core and IP based devices in relation to setting up the OSS FCAPS environment
– Knowledge of general IT concepts (Operating Systems, Network Design, Information Security, IT Ops)
– Experience in review & creation of best-in-class solution architectures
– Ability to review and understand customer requirement, sketch required solution and work with development center to provide estimations and cost
– Proven experience in hands-on telecom projects
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
– English-Fluent spoken and written
– Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
– Ability to work as a team, yet work independently on complex problems
It would be nice if you also had:
– Knowledge on Non-Nokia OSS and Network Element Management
– Knowledge on Nokia Netact and NFM-P/T Products
– Proven experience in customer requirements analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.
– Exposure to Cloud based deployments & SW architecture
– Good understanding of Cloud Core, Transport and IP Network Architecture from an E2E perspective.
– The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
– Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent.
– Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
