Customer Experience
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
Global Sales Support (GSS)
You will join the Performance Management team in Global Sales Support (GSS) unit which is a centralized team of data analyst providing comprehensive data analytics and reporting support to GSS, CX & BGs within Nokia.
What you will learn and contribute to
- We are looking for a professional who works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills while being responsible for the overall or a specific area in the operational side of business performance management in performance, analytics reporting and reviews, funnel & KPI management and tracking.
- Professional will support ongoing reporting and analysis process and contribute to the development of new reporting initiatives.
- You will closely work with business to define metrices, gather their requirements and create reports & dashboards on Excel, Einstein Analytics (Tableau – CRM) and Salesforce report & dashboard
- Should be able to generate meaningful analysis that can be presented to senior management on periodic basis
- The role will rarely require travel, but the candidate would be required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the GSS performance management team.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Overall 6-8+ years of relevant working experience (or a graduate/ postgraduate equivalent degree or MBA will be an added advantage) with must have, hands on prior experience of having maintained/ developed MIS and Operation reports through data mining/crunching in the past would be a strong advantage.
- Good analytical skills, business acumen and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data.
- Expert knowledge of Office 365 capabilities (Advanced Excel,[Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, Macros etc.] PowerPoint (storytelling), Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint), Visualization tools knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability of articulation and visualization of presentations to senior mgmt
- Excellent communication, articulation, visualization & presentation skills required to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organization including (executive) management
- Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation
It would be nice if you also had:
- Strong Pipeline and financial understanding
- Tool related capabilities: good understanding of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Einstein Analytics for reporting.
- Strong skills in understanding sales process, market units’ business strategy and analytics requirements/ governance
- Skills in handling small projects will be an added advantage
- Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
