QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in service business administration including document management, scheduling, billing, policies, and procedures
Education – Associate Degree or higher, preferred
– A working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Calendar, Mail Chimp and Power Point for both Mac & PC
– Working experience in telephone, prioritization, and organizational skills, database management, mail merge, e-blast distribution
– Working knowledge of payment platforms such as Venmo, PayPal and Zell
– To work well under pressure and deadline
– A self-starter and to be detail oriented
– Superior communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES ADMINISTRATIVE:
– To coordinate and communicate,
via telephone, email or snail mail, all appointments for consultations, coaching sessions, meetings, and others as applicable
– To Input all information into client databases
– Billing reminders and scheduling
– Clerical tasks such as mailings, transaction logs, correspondence, office, mailing lists supply needs, postage, and courier needs, etc. in an accurate and organized manner and on a timely basis.
– Research and pricing requests from third party
– To maintain all files: photos, contact databases, documents, etc.
– To assist in marketing efforts including to regularly obtain client testimonials, publicity and other positive information for websites, social media & other marketing materials.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹300.00 – ₹400.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
