- Collaborate with Vendor and technical teams to roll out the Labour Planning Optimisation solution Projects across Zone AOA
- Actively drive and coach markets to anticipate and to continuously improve Solution usage to bring TDC savings within the market
- Train and guide support team to efficiently resolve ticket issues, to drive optimization and simplification of support organization to drive out waste
- Understand local labour management and rules to ensure the smoothest introduction of system is completed on time
- Participates in market project teams for business process improvement projects and/or Business Requirements
- Be a strong improvement proposal force into our internal and external procedures and ways of working
- Supports market testing, performs specification, configuration & support activities and utilizing offshore services as directed
2. Basic Experience with SAP Solutions: APO and HR systems, SAP – good knowledge of SAP Mfg module including Planning .
3. Business Excellence (Continuous Improvement) experience in an Operations environment
5. Should be able to understand applications like time management systems (Kronos)and labour planning solutions etc
6.Should understand manufacturing operations ( FMCG ) , Production planning, shift scheduling , working hours compliance and maintenance plans, skillsets required for Job functions
7. Understanding of labour laws in Zone AOA, and compliance to local regulations.
8. Knowledge of Nestlé best practices for labour management, and good understanding of Industrial relations
9. E2E process understanding of factory processes
10.Understand system landscape for Labour optimization solution
11. Technical expertise in Manufacturing and HR and basic understanding of cross-functional integration: issues / impacts
12. Exposure to NCE practices and methodologies, TPM process and tools, LEAN Thinking
