– Correspondence & communication management including email correspondence.
– Calls (Inbound & Outbound) handling VC’s & scheduling meetings.
– Coordination & timely execution, creation & recording agenda & minutes of the meeting & follow ups & closure.
– Administration & prioritizing of daily calendar, events & meetings.
– End to end travel management including itinerary planning & allied support.
– Maintenance and update of records.
– Assistance in various administrative tasks, including extended support for concierge services.
– Recording, tracking, follow ups & timely closure for expenses & reimbursements including credit card payments.
– Visitor/guest management.
– Events management including costing & budgeting.
– Vendor management.
