About this role
As the it manager you will…

Manage hardware and software provisioning and inventory across disparate geographical locations
Support employee it needs, including creating rational strategies for os, anti-virus, and security updates
In conjunction with game teams, evaluate and deploy company-wide tools
Develop a proactive approach towards security and preventative maintenance
Grow and then manage a small (remote) team

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with best practices in information technology
Proficient in administering google workspace, office 365, jira/confluence, aws, slack, and domain/dns configuration
Experience with provisioning windows and macos systems
Demonstrated ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications
Strong writing skills for authoring knowledge-base articles, policies, and procedures
Proficient in online ticketing tools to support remote workers
Ability to tackle long-term projects in an interrupt-driven environment
