Full Job Description
We are seeking a Brand Strategist who will help to strategize and execute innovative campaigns targeted to engage. His/her primary responsibilities will directs, oversees, and signs off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to company guidelines and are in line with the current brand strategy.
Candidate Pre-Requisites
– 6 months- 5years of experience in Brand management
– Led marketing for a fast-growing brand
– Can Demonstrate past experience in building a brand with proven results
– A mix of online and offline marketing experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing communication
– Consumer research and online reputation management strategy for the organization.
– Design and Develop Marketing Vision, Brand Communication Strategy.
– To enhance brand awareness.
– Take overall accountability to set up the processes starting from Lead generation to conversion across multiple customer touch points.
– Managing creative, digital and media agencies is another critical requirement of the portfolio along with marketing budget planning and management.
Content & Creative
– To be responsible for the communication of clear and consistent brand messages.
– Cultivate and protect brand image.
– Develop content for consumption by digital and traditional media.
– Develop good relations with the PR to grow the presence of the brand.
Brand Strategy & Management
– Go to Market (GTM) Strategies for new product launches.
– Identify new and emerging Marketing Channels and create awareness of the brand.
– Implementation of Brand Strategies to maximize sales for each customer segment (B2C & B2B).
– Build the overall 360 Marketing Strategy for the Brand across Channels
– Development and Execution of Plans as per trends and positioning in the category.
Industry Analysis
– Track competition/substitute brands and bring out consumer insights.
– Analyse consumer behaviour for the brand’s own products and competition.
– Market analysis to ensure the brand retains and grows market share.
– Keep a track of new trends and innovations by competition and its results on customers.
Department management
– Manage the entire marketing mix for the emerging consumer durable brand.
– Build the brand identity and product development strategy,and develop and execute the plan.
– Manage all branding campaigns, their ideation, budgeting, coordination with agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders, implementation and post-campaign analysis.
– Identify collaborations, cross-promotions, and new partnerships to grow the brand. Planning, implementation & execution of Brand Campaigns with the Advertising agencies and vendors.
– Responsible for liaisoning with various media and communications agencies, and driving the execution of marketing strategies in coordination with PR Team
– Craft innovative online campaigns while maintaining desired margins, and implement geography and platform-specific campaigns to achieve business objectives. Manage, leverage, and grow digital platforms and tools.
– Manage and work closely with the Digital team, create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
– Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertising and other marketing related projects.
– Producing valuable & engaging content for the website, social media and blog that attracts & converts our target group.
– Continuously analyse sales, marketing and competition data.
– Develop insight for sales & top management and perform consumer research. Identify the gap in product offering. Liaise internally and externally and accomplish successful launch of the product.
– Conceptualization of product launch campaign with clear ROI indices across agreed consumer touchpoints.
Ideate and execute events for increasing engagement with stakeholders like Platform partners and consumers.
Organization contribution
– Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
– Researching and organizing facts and sources
– Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
