Minimum 1 year experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process supporting international clients into BPO KPO industry A proven track record in Order Management process or Customer Service, preferably in Multi-National Company (MNC) required Should have kno wledge on Vendor Management and Inventory Management A detailed understanding of Order Fulfillment processes and procedures is required Should have worked in an SLA driven environment and achieving productivity targets Reviewing and processing tasks based on customer instructions and ensure to meet quality standards Should have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software suite, support tools and databases Should have ability to work independently from remote location and as part of team, require sound judgement in resolving issues and be proactive with a strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Able to construct effective communication in writing over emails & Microsoft Teams Salesforce and AS400 proficiency would be an added advantage Flexibility to work in Night Shifts is a must Should have knowledge of SOP creation Should be a team player, display a positive attitude and open to constructive feedback. Willing to put in extra hours as per business requirements Keen learner and instills a culture of constant skill upgradation among team members Should be inquisitive and have taken initiatives to learn and develop skills. .
