Data analyst – recruiting insights responsibilities:
Independently create and deliver a series of high visibility, regular data reports for our recruiting leaders and business stakeholders.
Partner with the recruiting insights analytics business partners to embed insights across data deliveries.
Ensure a high-level of data quality for team deliverables is met by providing qa support.
Conduct initial consultation with teammates and provide ad hoc support for emerging company priorities.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in process, technology and reporting across the teams.
Act as the data expert who has in-depth understanding of the recruiting process and the corresponding recruiting data impact.
Act as team owner of knowledge librariesOrganize, consolidate and update analytics team knowledge library.
Partner with cross-functional teams on a variety of strategic initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
Ba/bs with 2+ years (or mba/ma/ms with 1+ years) of experience as an analyst (translatable experience: operations analyst, hr analyst, hr systems analyst, sales analyst, marketing analyst).
Experience gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources.
Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing projects/tasks.
Knowledge of data visualization principles.
Experience in data visualization tools (tableau) and excel (complex formulas, pivots, macros, etc.).
Demonstrated experience to independently manage operational reports in a timely manner.
Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sql or other coding languages.
