Medicare Looking for Product Marketing & Communications Specialist Remote Available at Remote Full Time

Note: this position supports our annual notice of change (anoc) areaThe mission of this group is to provide accurate and compliant anoc documents for our members in a timely mannerOur ideal candidate will have a high level attention to detail, someone who is agile and enjoys working in a high energy and time sensitive environmentPrevious technical writing experience a solid plusAdditional skills of analyzing data and the ability to interpret and then implement requirements into our vendor programming tools is a plusSolid experience using pdf adobe, word and excel is required.

Position purpose:

Responsible for development and production of medicare regulatory required materials to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and alignment with administrative policiesPosition supports cnc medicare solutions portfolio nationwide with pre-sale and member enrollment materials.

Responsible for the production of medicare regulatory required materials, pre-sale materials, and post enrollment member materials, as directedEnsures compliance with state and federal laws, accreditation standards, internal operations, and products.
Works within materials automation platform to generate and update materialsPerforms audits of language and content to ensure accuracy and consistency with models and templates.
Supports senior specialists and managers with implementation of approved language updates and audit of such changes in medicare materialsDevelops errata documents when necessary.
Participates in cross-functional committees to promote understanding of development activities, assist in review activities, and ensure compliance with a standard format for master templates used in material development.
Acts as a project lead for audits of both written and web-based materials as needed on an annual basisAlso participates in ad hoc auditing and change initiatives and testing when assigned.

Education/experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience will be considered3+ years experience in marketing, communications, or related fieldPrior experience developing member communications preferredSome experience acting as a subject matter expert or team lead preferred.
