What you’ll do
Write, of course, or type, whatever you want to call it. But, think before you do. In an industry that’s highly competitive, every idea matters.
You’ll be the lead ideator, and you’ll be a self-starter where your core job will be to think of free-flowing ideas for creator campaigns for leading brands.
Think of crazy ideas. Well, also think of the brand’s comms, creator’s audience, budget, and ROI too.
Work closely with the leadership and deliver on the goals of the organization.
Be a process-oriented person – processes help us function faster as a team and you’ll get everything streamlined.
What you’ll bring
– At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter.
– A thorough understanding of how ideas work. How they attract the audience and how they benefit a brand in the long run.
– You need to be grammatically sound, we’re all not grammar nazis here, but, it’ll be good to have some.
– You should be in touch with the current trends and be hands-on with the creator scene and meme culture.
– You have a pulse of what content works, what’s trending, which influencers are up and coming, which creators are moving the needle, who are great at making Reels, which YouTubers are pushing the envelope of content making
– This is working for everyone, apparently. But if you can carve out a new way to connect with the users, you’re welcome.
– Be a guardian of your client’s brand language. Adhere to it and make others do the same
– PPT/Google Slides/KeyNote Ninja
Job Profile:-
– Write incredible headlines/captions/bylines/scripts
– Come up with clutter-breaking campaign ideas
– Develop scripts for all kinds of video content (brand, influencer, explainer, product, testimonials, etc)
– Develop Short form content where required
– Write interesting and engaging content for social media
– Craft compelling long-form copy when needed
– Work with planners & the design team to come up with awesome campaigns.
Skills :-
– A strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd
– A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
– Excellent communication skills
– Effective team player capabilities
– Keen attention to detail and timescales
– Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – especially digital media
– A similar role in a digital/advertising agency is a must
– Portfolio of published articles and brand campaigns (optional)
– Solid time-management skills
