Manages and directs d/c loss prevention hourly staff in the execution of asset protectionAdministers shrink reduction programs in partnership with d/c management and senior loss prevention staffExecutes shrink reduction initiatives in areas of awareness, audits, and training.
Investigates incidents, accidents, and situations that may affect the assets of the companyCommunicates all incidents to d/c lp area managerPartners with d/c/ supervisors to ensure security procedures are followedRepresents loss prevention in all d/c business meetingsDirects investigations that may cause inventory distortion to the stores.
Provides development direction and feedback to hourly associates on performance of daily duties.
Inspects security systems and controls to ensure merchandise, the building, and associates are protected; reports critical exceptions.
Completes written reports to d/c management on audits and incidentsEffectively manages d/c shrink and workplace anti-violence programs.
Participates in safety committees, shrink committees and daily operations meetingsDirects lp personnel during emergency situations within the d/c.
Communicates and maintains relationships with local agencies, police, and fire departmentsOther duties as assigned.
