About the role:
As a Mars Leadership Experience(MLE) in supply is our Signature program, designed to help graduates achieve their vision of becoming Technical or people leaders. As part of the program you will be encouraged to innovate new ways for engineering, pushing forward innovative ideas and leading technically complex projects for Mars Pet Nutrition India.

A day in the life of an MLE:
We like to empower our people. So, from the moment you join us you’ll be managing your own project in different roles across 2years of the program. Every role will be challenging, designed to increase your knowledge and expertise in areas of advanced production technology and high-speed machinery, whilst developing your leadership skills. Each placement is tailored to your personal development, you will gain an impressive level of experience to accelerate your engineering leadership career.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their technical capability. You’ll need to have a passion to lead and a love of engineering

A Degree in Engineering preferably in Food Technology, Automation, Electrical and Electronics Background.

Cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge, Aspiration to do Technical or people leader roles, willingness to work on shop floor projects and this is not 100% office role.
