Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Desktop Support Specialist located in Jabalpur. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. Additionally, excellent customer service and communication skills are required to respond to user inquiries and problems, and assist with user training and education on proper use of computers, software, and network resources.
