Summary of the Role
Responsible for efficient and effective warehouse & inventory management including inward logistics, GRN, sample collection, inventory control and NMSM reduction.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Responsible for GRN of all inward RMs, Intermediates, imported FG and sale returns & coordination with CHA for imported material movement.
Ensure collection of samples of RMs and submission to QA.
Coordinate return of rejected batches to respective vendors.
Ensure accurate inventory of packed RMs in the warehouses.
Ensure accurate quantity, value of material and export/freight costs are input at the time of GRN
Prepare daily RM and Intermediate stock reports and disseminate to all concerned.
Ensure compliance to LZAI safety policies by vendor vehicles.
Implement best warehouse practices for ensuring safety and compliance.
Identify and work-off dead and slow-moving RM, intermediates in coordination with production, QA and sales.
Prepare and seek approval on disposal of QA rejected materials.
Ensure safe and compliant disposal of rejected materials.
Participate in LZAI safety, operational excellence and cyber security related programs and implement within his work domain.
