About Lowe’s India
Lowe’s India is the retail technology center for Lowe’s Companies Inc. and is based out of Bengaluru, India. Set up in 2014, Lowe’s India focuses on technology and shared business services. Technology teams support e-commerce, mobile, infrastructure and corporate systems that enable various functions such as supply chain, distribution, corporate services. Initiated with just over 20 associates, Lowe’s India now has a growing associate base which employs over 3000 people.
Job Summary:
The Producer, Personalization assists with the development and creative execution of personalized marketing programs and internal communications for Lowe’s. This position is responsible for managing agile creative workflows on short timelines from brief in through production and handoff for trafficki¬ng working closely with cross-functional teams.
The position will report to a Manager or Senior Manager within Lowe’s Marketing organization and will serve as a subject matter expert of creative operations and the “point of contact” to key stakeholders for assigned work, ensuring clear and effective communication and escalating as needed if deadlines are at risk. This requires the ability to envision a project from multiple frames of reference, to understand how design work is performed, to work well with a broad range of people with diverse backgrounds and to attend to the many details of a project to ensure it runs smoothly.
Core Responsibilities:
– Collaborates with cross-functional partners in an “agile” type setting to develop personalized creative that aligns with key stakeholder expectations.
– Works closely with cross functional teams like enterprise and targeted email teams,
US and BLR Creative Studios and more to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
– Be the subject matter expert in current process and their assigned vertical.
– Hold partners accountable to the aligned-on process while flexing and always looking for opportunities to improve efficiencies in process.
– Leads a multitude of projects involving creative by coordinating project timelines and scope, future work forecasting, logistics, and revises as appropriate to remain agile.
– Integrates with Brand Marketing Managers and serves as the creative project lead to ensure seamless handoffs between creative and Brand Marketing for approvals before uploading and sending to execution teams – ensuring timeline milestones are hit such as, briefing, internal review, marketing review, final approvals, and trafficking handoffs.
– Ensures collaboration with channel partners for alignment of creative delivered through different mediums to the customer (email, digital assets, etc.).
– Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and with groups.
Years of Experience:
– 2-4 Years
Required Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field
Primary Skills (must have)
Key skillset- Project management certified course, agile, jira/work front, Adobe Acrobat, Great Communicators, PMP
– Demonstrated understanding of digital creative production methods
– Good with communication and presentation skillsets
– Strong time management and organization skills
– Advanced problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
– High energy, self-motivated to learn.
Secondary Skills (desired)
– Experience with creative management tools such as Workfront or JIRA
– Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite programs and Figma
