Job Summary –
The primary purpose of this role is to administer the planning, prioritization, and scheduling of artwork for Lowe’s Private Brand packaging, at the direction of the Senior and/or Lead Analyst. The Analyst, Project Management, is responsible for implementing the project lifecycle and timely execution of business areas inclusive of: Home Décor, Seasonal/Hardlines and Building Materials encompassing 400+ product groups.
Core Responsibilities-
Project Planning:
· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
· Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.
Project Execution:
· Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
· Implement project quality control measures and ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
· Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
Stakeholder Communication:
· Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
· Conduct regular project status meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
Change Management:
· Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, and communicate changes to all relevant parties.
· Evaluate the impact of changes on project goals and objectives.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
· Generate and distribute regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and lessons learned from completed projects.
