To direct and ensure prompt quality, courteous and efficient salon service, as per company standards is given to all clients by optimizing available recourses in order to achieve high level of professionalism, profitability and customer satisfaction in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee morale.
To continuously monitor and analyze, from the standpoint of optimization : the quality standards of products and services, the satisfaction of guests, Operating cost, hygiene and cleanliness, productivity, quality and creativity, and efficiency and satisfaction of employees.
To identify company needs and strategically plan actions towards goal.
To set guidelines for salon operations.
To ensure successful operations of the beauty salon sales and cost reductions.
To draw up and implement training plans for employees in the salon.
All other duties that the Management have set forth.
